All our Recovery Agents adhere to the publicised rates - so you can rest assure there will be no nasty surprises.
All agents are members of AVRO (Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators) and as such have been inspected to ensure that they comply with all relevant regulations, are fully insured and have been Police checked.

"Pay As You Go" - How does it work ?

How does it work ? - It couldn't be easier. If you have a fleet of 5 or more vehicles and you pre-register them all with us for a very small one off fee (Only £2 per vehicle for Fleet users) you will qualify for a 10% discount on each and every recovery on the "Pay As You Go Scheme".

Private individuals can register their vehicle for a one off fee of £5. Yes, that's right a one of fee of £5. Why not register your partner's vehicle as well, it's only £7.50 for two vehicles. Families can register upto 4 vehicles for only £11.50 (£2 for any further vehicles over and above four vehicles)

The "Pay As You Go Scheme" can be used for Cars, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Caravans, Light Commercial Vehicles, Motorhomes, Minibuses, Coaches and Motorcycles.

We can provide the "Pay As You Go Scheme" for all of the above and

ANY OTHER VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF SIZE OR WEIGHT.

Step 1 - Register your vehicles by calling 0871 664 8560

Step 2 - We send you info pack and membership card for each of the vehicles you have registered in the "Pay As You Go" Scheme

Step 3 - If you are unfortunate enough to breakdown telephone us and give us the details of your vehicle and its location to our command centre. We will charge the callout rate and a Nationwide Breakdown Recovery Operator will be dispatched to your assistance.

Step 4 - Should you require additionall assistance from the Operator You pay the recovery operator direct for the services provided and receive your 10% discount on the spot!
